  • Just done a repair on son’s old 940NW, and like yours the caps were fried on the PSU board. A quick google for a repair kit online and purchased a Duratool desolder station like yours and job done in less than 40 minutes. Powered on and works first time πŸ™‚ Thanks for a great vid and loving the channel- have a C16 that needs work and an Amiga for repair, so with my new tools in tow, gonna get into retro repairs.. it’s very relaxing and satisfying !
